Organizational Structure
Navkis College of Engineering, Hassan (NCEH) follows a well-defined and transparent organizational structure that ensures effective governance, academic leadership, administrative efficiency, and quality assurance. The structure clearly defines roles, responsibilities, reporting relationships, and decision-making authority, enabling smooth institutional functioning.

Governing & Strategic Leadership
At the apex of the organizational structure is the Management and Governing Council, which provides strategic direction, policy oversight, and long-term vision for the institution. The Governing Council ensures that institutional goals are aligned with regulatory requirements, academic standards, and societal needs.
Academic & Administrative Leadership
The Principal serves as the chief academic and administrative head of the institution and is responsible for implementing the policies and decisions of the Governing Council. The Principal is supported by academic leaders, administrative heads, and functional coordinators to ensure efficient institutional operations.
Academic Administration
Academic activities are coordinated through:
- Heads of Departments (HoDs)

- First-Year and Program-Level Academic Committees

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) functions as the central mechanism for monitoring, reviewing, and enhancing academic and administrative quality. IQAC coordinates with various statutory and non-statutory committees, cells, and departments to ensure continuous quality improvement (CQI).
