7. Hostel Timings & Visitor Regulations

Hostel Timings

• Hostel gate opens at 05:30 AM and closes at 08:30 PM.
• Hostel students must sign the attendance register daily.
• Late entry requires prior permission from the Warden.
• Absence during hostel stay hours (08:30 PM to 05:30 AM) requires prior written permission with parent/guardian information.
• Hostel Identity Card must be carried at all times.

• Hostel students must adhere strictly to the announced mess timings.
• Food may not be available beyond the specified hours.

Visitor Timings

Visitors are permitted only in the visitors’ lounge during the following hours:

• Visitors are not permitted inside hostel rooms.
• Parents/guardians of the same gender may be permitted into rooms for up to one hour with prior approval from the Principal.
