A Design and Innovation Laboratory (DIL) has been established at NCEH with the support of M/s Avesha Education Pvt. Ltd., Pune, in order to train students on generating new ideas, validating the ideas,developing a concept to a product, prototyping for evaluating its performance and decide if the product is worth production and release in the market.

A regular and continuous programme has been planned to train the students on creativity and innovation. Experienced tutors guide the students to take up projects right from conceptualization till the building of prototype and evaluation. A well-furnished laboratory with necessary tools and machinery has been established to make working models and do performance evaluations.
